The pay for this position is $27.94 per hour ??? Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment ??? A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Service Marketing Coordinator (Medical Device) Highlights ??? This position is located onsite in Sparks Glencoe, MD 21152 ??? Monday???Friday standard business hours ??? This is a temporary position with valuable exposure to marketing, sales, and service operations Service Marketing Coordinator (Medical Device) Responsibilities ??? Support the execution of a lead generation and conversion initiative ??? Validate and track incoming sales leads and monitor progress ??? Partner with service sales executives to prioritize and follow up on key opportunities ??? Collaborate with instrument sales and field service teams to generate and align new leads ??? Maintain accurate lead data and ensure proper tracking of conversions ??? Provide regular status updates and support reporting on lead performance and conversion metrics ??? Identify patterns or challenges in the lead conversion process and propose improvements ??? Assist in preparing communication materials and dashboards to support program visibility and adoption Service Marketing Coordinator (Medical Device) Requirements ??? Bachelor???s or Associate???s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field ??? Strong organizational and multitasking skills ??? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ??? Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, service, and marketing teams ??? Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills ??? Proactive and eager to learn; able to work independently ??? Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or ServiceMax is preferred, but not required ???
