We’re hiring Warehouse Associates to support day-to-day operations inside data centers. You’ll be part of a team handling materials, equipment, and logistics that keep critical facilities running smoothly. No electrical experience required — just bring your strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work with a team. Training is provided. What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Associate – Data Center Support As a Warehouse Associate, you will: - Move, organize, and stage equipment and materials (requires heavy lifting) - Support decommissioning projects: removing cabinets, cabling, ladder racks, trays, servers, and related equipment - Assist with new build-outs: containment installations, row set-ups, conveyance systems - Help with other projects like battery replacements and upgrades - Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely (training provided if needed) - Ensure high standards of professionalism in a secure, critical environment - Travel to job sites as needed between in Northern VA and MD What We’re Looking For in a Warehouse Associate – Data Center Support - Age 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Ability to pass a background check and drug screen - Comfortable with heavy lifting and working on ladders (up to 10 ft) - Strong attention to detail when working around sensitive equipment - Professional, dependable, and a strong communicator - Experience in warehouses, construction, or data centers is a plus (not required) Pay & Schedule for Warehouse Associate – Data Center Support - $18–$22/hr starting pay, depending on experience - Full-time, consistent hours - Monday–Friday (occasional overtime available) - Local travel between sites (mileage reimbursement if applicable) Why Join Us? - Be part of the growing data center industry - Gain hands-on technical skills with full training - Work with a supportive team in a professional environment - Build a career with opportunities for advancement - Paid training and mentorship provided Apply today and start your career in data center construction with a growing technology company!
