This role requires expertise in workload planning, proposal preparation, budgeting, team management, and client consultation, combined with a strong understanding of business practices. As a Sr Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting client requirements, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage workload requirements to meet project deliverables and client expectations.
• Develop and present detailed technical and pricing proposals for clients.
• Oversee project invoicing and ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Interview, hire, and onboard team members to align with project needs and client requirements.
• Provide professional consultation to clients, addressing project needs and aligning solutions with business practices.
• Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies.Basic Qualifications:Education:
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific or technical discipline.Education Substitutions:
    • Advanced degree with at least three (8) years of relevant experience.
    • Sixteen years of experience can be substituted for not having any degree.Experience:
      • At least ten (10) years of experience in managing IT projects and tasks.
      • Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects.
      • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).Preferred Qualifications:
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
        • Expertise in preparing technical and pricing proposals.
        • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams effectively.
        • Ability to manage project risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.
