Job ID: 37146 Duration: 12 months Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts (mostly 2pm-2am, some 6am-6pm) Benefits: Paid sick days, 401k, discounted health insurance Qualifications: Education: BS or MS in: • Biology/Biochemistry • Biochemical/Biological Systems Engineering • Biomedical/Chemical Engineering • Computer Science • Integrated Science or related fields Experience: 0-3 years industrial experience Critical Requirements: • No known Beta Lactam allergy • Excellent academic record • Strong communication and team skills • Hands-on problem-solving approach • Ability to analyze issues from multiple perspectives • Enthusiasm for continuous learning Heavily Preferred: cGMP environment experience Industry internship/co-op experience Responsibilities: As a Technical Operations Shift Engineer, you will: Provide technical support for vaccine/biopharmaceutical manufacturing Conduct data analysis, troubleshooting, and technical investigations Support change control implementation and procedure improvements Work rotating shifts in a 50/50 field-desk split (investigations, floor support, documentation) Collaborate with operators, managers, and maintenance teams Contribute to process safety reviews and atypical event reduction Work Environment: Manufacturing facility in Shenandoah Valley Must be comfortable with: • Hands-on equipment troubleshooting • Union operator collaboration • Writing SOPs and technical documentation • Rotating shift work (including nights/weekends) Special Notes: Ideal candidate is mechanically inclined with strong documentation skills Must be willing to work extensively in field environments Regards, Vinay Shastri Senior Associate – Pharmaceutical Recruitment Phone: 1 609 681 2410 Email: vinay.shastri@freyrsolutions.com 150 College Road West, Ste 102, Princeton, NJ 08540 www.freyrsolutions.com LinkedIn Profile
