Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical
experience. 2 years of experience in program or project management.
2 years of experience with technical teams in project management,
engineering, and construction of data centers or mission critical
facilities. 2 years of experience in electrical, mechanical,
controls, security monitoring, fire safety, or networking/fiber.
Preferred qualifications: Masters degree in Electrical, Mechanical,
Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related
field. 2 years of experience with data center
equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear,
generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls,
security monitoring systems and fire safety systems. 2 years of
experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task
prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set
goals. Experience managing vendor relationships and understanding
of standard practices in the design and construction industry.
Knowledge of fast track design builds processes and associated

The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$117,000-$172,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on
each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries
for the position across all US locations. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the

Responsibilities Design and deliver predictable program
communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders,
including targeted communications by stakeholder type. Determine
phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that
effectively address continuous improvement including Resource
Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources)
in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including near
and long-term objectives. Determine and collect data required to
execute and govern programs effectively. Independently maintain
project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on
program tasks including proactively managing dependencies. Execute
change management requirements that are identified by program
stakeholders. Build trusted relationships with program
stakeholders, including managing expectations of program
stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make
effective decisions.
