Job Description:
Accounting Clerk - Baltimore, MD About the Company and
Accounting Clerk Opportunity: Our repeat client is a non profit in
Baltimore City and has been around for well over 100 years. Due to
growth, they are looking to bring on two Accounting Clerks on a
contract to hire basis. For the right candidate, this position will
become permanent and can lead to growth opportunities within the
organization. This person will join their small, well tenured,
tight knit team. The organization is extremely stable and provides

insurance, 401K, free parking , and more! Schedule: 8:30am-5pm M-F.
Fully on site in Baltimore city. Candidates must be local and have
reliable transportation Job Duties of the Accounting Clerk:
Entering, coding, matching, and processing invoices within the
accounting system Filing checks Account reconciliations Process
expense reports as needed Answer accounting related inquiries from
vendors and staff Ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications for the Accounting Clerk: 2 years' accounting
experience Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
preferred, but not required Non profit experience is a plus
Experience using Great Plains a plus, but not required Proficient
Excel skills
