Our client, a professional services consulting company in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary and part-time Subscription Coordinator to join their team for 10-12 hours per week! You will be providing key support in processing cancellations as the product migrates to a different platform. If you are interested, apply now! About the Job: Provide customer service throughout this product migration. Manage a large volume of subscription cancellations. Process cancellations in Salesforce and ensure they are properly tracked. Create reports each week on all work performed. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. About You: 1 years of administrative and customer service experience is required. Experience with Salesforce and Excel is required. Strong customer service skills with a personable demeanor. Detail-oriented and organized with a technical savviness. About the Position: $25/hr-$27hr, depending on experience. Part-time for 10-12 hours/week. 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
