WHAT IT TAKES TO JOIN OUR TEAM: Active Maryland barber or cosmetology license Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others Strong work ethic and a motivation to do an excellent job Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull 25 lbs.
