Job Description:
The Nurse, with similar clinical experience, practices
independently, managing routine and complex patient care while
developing contingency skills. Provides care aligned with ANA
standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention,
and evaluation. Addresses patients' psychological, emotional,
cultural, and social needs, and administers medications/treatments
per protocol, monitoring outcomes. Documents patient information
accurately and educates patients and families on care needs. Meets
competency expectations in self, others, or leaders, demonstrating
leadership qualities. Requires a BSN, at least 1 year of relevant
experience, and appropriate licensure (RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS,
and optional TNCC for trauma). Additional certifications such as
crisis intervention are needed within specified timeframes. This is
a per diem role, not exceeding 950 characters.
