youll be ding: The Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive
impactful marketing strategies for our NVIDIA, Dell, and Channel
Partner teams. This player-coach role is responsible for designing
and executing strategic marketing initiatives. You will work
closely with sales and partner teams to continuously evaluate
performance against revenue and partner influence goals, ensuring
measurable contributions to overall success. As a Senior Partner
Marketing Manager you will: Synthesize information, ideas and
updates from multiple sources. Distill details into crisp, clear
language and documentation appropriate for a variety of audiences.
Deliver standout interpersonal skills and communications, including
the ability to negotiate and resolve conflict with integrity. Earns
the trust and participation of key colleagues, influencing the
direction of teams beyond organizational boundaries. Self-starter
that executes in an orderly fashion and drives continuous
improvement in an environment that can be ambiguous or infused with
rapid change. Ensure components are conceptually thoughtful,
relevant, and impactful, as well as delivered on time and on
budget. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations with a “can
do” positive approach and apply grounded decision making to achieve
a positive outcome. Proven experience in driving regional and
partner marketing with a track record of achieving pipeline goals.
Source, negotiate with, and direct a variety of vendors in
advertising, design, photography, and event disciplines.
Responsibilities include: Partner Marketing Strategy: Develop and
execute marketing strategies to promote products or services,
including the creation of tailored marketing plans, campaigns, and
events. Market Awareness: Build and execute strategies to enhance
WEKA’s brand visibility and position in target markets, fostering
recognition and credibility among key audiences. Event Management:
Organize and coordinate trade shows, workshops, and other local or
regional events to promote the companys offerings. Budget
Management: Manage marketing budgets for partner marketing
activities, ensuring effective resource allocation. Partner
Communications Strategy: Develop and execute pre- and post-show
communications, partner bulletins, and bi-monthly newsletters.
Ensure messaging aligns with overall marketing and business
objectives. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the
performance of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports
and insights to optimize strategies. Salesforce Engagement: Manage
relevant SFDC partner campaigns, including event list uploads and
maintenance. Create and deliver monthly and quarterly dashboards to
track partner engagement and event success. Program Management:
Implement scalable processes to support partner marketing
initiatives and ensure alignment with WEKA’s overall strategy.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform decisions and
improve outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with
sales teams, product marketing, and other departments to ensure
alignment of partner marketing strategies with overall business
goals. Partner Collaboration: Identify and develop relationships
with partner organizations, including channels, neoclouds and key
strategic partners, to create joint marketing initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to legal
and regulatory requirements in different locations. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience with event planning, with a focus on partner
events. Ability to design and implement long-term marketing
strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable
results. Strong organizational and project management skills with
attention to detail and future planning. Data-driven mindset with
the ability to interpret metrics and make informed decisions.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Agile and proactive approach, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic
environments. Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and
manage multiple projects effectively. Strong focus on meeting tight
deadlines while juggling multiple high-priority projects.
Experience in engaging and managing internal and external
stakeholders to align goals and expectations. Proficiency in
marketing tools and analytics software. Experience in managing
marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation. Excellent
interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Problem-solving
abilities with a results-driven mindset. Willingness to travel as
needed. Its nice if you have: Experience in B2B marketing.
Background in technology, AI, hardware or software. Familiarity
