vehicles, diagnoses problems and service needs, schedules work,

Essential Duties:

- Assist Service Manager in maintaining an efficient service
department with a high degree of customer satisfaction. - - -

- Up-sell services to customers by informing them of service
specials and any additional work needed. - - - -
- Provide exemplary customer service to both internal and
external customers - - - -
- Thoroughly understand customers concerns and clearly describe
them on the work order. - - - -
- Estimate costs and completion dates at time of sale and
communicate them to the customer. - - - -
- Assign jobs the technicians based on skill level and current
resource availability. - - - -
- Review work in progress to ensure timely completion and inform
customer immediately of any delays or additional costs. - - -

- Determine correct parts and part numbers for work to be
performed and insure they are all sold to work order prior to
closing work order - - - -
- Complete estimates for internal and customer accident repairs -
- - -
- Ensure all customer, internal and warranty repair orders are
opened and closed correctly and in a timely fashion. - - - -
- Follow procedures to ensure quick and efficient submission of
warranty claims. Monitor claims on a daily bases and make any
correction or resubmissions immediately. - - - -
- Be familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer
systems required for service advisor and warranty management.
