  About the role
  Our Customer Care Team is the heartbeat of our business. We work to provide the best customer experience and service through our omnichannel contact centre.
  You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service for all inbound calls and emails, processing returns, exchanges, and general inquiries. To ensure continued customer service excellence, you will aim to exceed customer expectations and proactively follow up on online customer queries, while adhering to best practices in all interactions.
  Note: This role requires flexibility from Monday through Friday, with some weekend work.
  About you
  

• 
  
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Experience working in a contact centre or similar sales/online support role.
  
• Strong communication skills via email, phone, and in-person.
  
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
