We are seeking a motivated, personable periodontist for a full or part-time associate position in Sterling, VA. Benefits: 401K, 401K matching Health Insurance Profit Sharing Qualifications: DDS or DMD degree with active license, in good standing, in the state of Virginia. Completion of a residency program in periodontics. At least 2 years' clinical experience in periodontology. Board certification in periodontics preferred. Willingness to cultivate and maintain referral relationships. Willingness to be in-network as needed. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education. Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of periodontics and implantology. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive periodontal evaluations and diagnoses. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans for periodontal disease patients. Develop and execute individualized implant treatment plans. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize medical imaging technologies for effective diagnosis and treatment planning. Stay updated with the latest advancements in periodontics and implant technology. Maintain daily information exchange with our referral base.
