Job Description:

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Secret Service Desk Analyst who will support a government contract located in Falls Church, VA. The Secret Service Desk Analyst will provide Tier I and II support using ITSM ticketing system. Responsibilities for Secret Service Desk Analyst:
--- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier I and II incidents to include: system inquiries, requests, incidents, software installation, printer support, hardware support (desktop, laptop, peripheral).
--- Perform in person customer service and phone support service to the end-user community.
--- Handle efficiently, high volume ticket queue by supporting 50 - 100 tickets daily, using ticking system.
--- Document, maintain, and store specific information, including as-built diagrams and SOPs/Job Aides.
--- Support focus teams or specialized projects to promote rapid improvement turnaround. Qualifications for the Service Desk:
--- High School diploma and relevant technical experience or skills in Information Technology revolving around hardware support
--- 3 + years of experience in IT helpdesk or PC hardware and similar device support
--- Experience in using Government provided helpdesk system/help desk ticketing software to log, monitor, document, and close network trouble tickets
--- Experience using ticketing software to quickly administrate support
--- Must possess a CompTIA Sec + prior to starting on the program
--- *Must currently hold an active Secret Security Clearance* Compensation for Secret Service Desk Analyst:
--- $50,000 - $65,000 *Depending on Experience.
