Job Description:
Overview: Provide leadership of Quality Engineers supporting
Value Stream and Core Quality functions. Function as the technical
lead regarding Quality. Functional Quality lead on Quality training
for Quality Engineers across all value streams Support, resolution
of Quality escapes using established problem-solving methodology
Assist team on corrective actions to ensure complete and effective
root cause analysis and corrective action implementation Assist
team on review and disposition of Nonconformance Material Reports
as required Assist team to be liaison for the supplier and the
company to resolve non-conformances and Quality issues Assist team
in effectively driving positive actions with cross-functional
organizations and diverse levels of management of the supplier and
the company Basic Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor s degree from an
accredited university OR Minimum 10 years experience in quality All
positions require use of information or access to hardware which is
subject to the International Traffic in arms regulations. All
applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR
defines a U.S. Person as a U.S.Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident,
Political Asylee, or Refugee.
