Job Description:
TransForce, a premier workforce solutions provider in the
transportation industry, is seeking a qualified and adaptable CDL A
Flex Driver to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for
individuals who value flexibility and are eager to work various
routes, delivering excellent service across different locations. As
a CDL A Flex Driver, you will play a critical role in maintaining
the efficiency and reliability of our transportation services,
ensuring that goods are delivered safely and promptly to meet our
clients' diverse needs. Operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck
in accordance with company and federal regulations, handling
freight delivery responsibilities with care and precision. Adapt to
varying assignments and schedules as required by shifting business
needs, showing flexibility and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform
preventative maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Plan routes efficiently and manage time effectively to ensure
timely deliveries and pick-ups. Maintain accurate logs of work/rest
periods, cargo, and other compliance documentation as required by
law and company policy. Communicate effectively with dispatch and
operations teams to report any issues or concerns as well as to
receive delivery instructions or notice of changes. Proven ability
to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) with a manual and
automatic transmission. Strong organizational skills for effective
route planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
collaborate with team members and communicate with clients.
Commitment to safety and understanding of compliance with traffic
and transport laws. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). A clean driving record and
proven track record of driving safety. Experience with electronic
logging devices (ELD) preferred.
