Opportunity: In this position you will have the opportunity to
support the customer at the pace of mission by providing training
support and customer outreach to a large and diverse organization
and user community. Help our customers advance their mission by
collecting and refining requirements for new tools and
applications, and create, deliver, and maintain a full-scale
learning program for both legacy and new tools and applications.
Responsibilities: Applicants must have experience creating,
delivering, and supporting web-based, virtual and in-person
learning including preparation, maintenance, and delivery of
learning enhancements such as job aids, user guides, interactive
hands-on exercises, interactive tutorials, video recordings, and
eLearning. Additionally, applicants must also have experience
gathering, refining and documenting user requirements and working
with customers directly to understand job functions, challenges,
impediments, and target areas for software enhancements or
improvements. This applicant will need a deep hands-on expertise
using critical internal systems and must have an extensive
understanding of business processes and procedures in or across
multiple directorates. Qualifications: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Clearance required Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 7 years of
relevant experience. Required: Experienced in conducting and
facilitating general and specific training classes. Comfortable
speaking and executing both virtual and in -person training
programs in front of large audiences. Proven expertise with
customers’ primary and secondary mission applications, tools,
supporting systems, processes, and business operations within
diverse user community. Proven expertise and understanding of
customer’s interface partners within the organization. Strong
analytical, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to be a
Self-starter, and quick to learn and put new skills to use. Ability
to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting
priorities while meeting deadlines. Flexibility to put in hours
needed to meet tight deadlines. Desired: Experience with web-based
training tools such as Articulate, Rise360, Camtasia, WellSaid,
Adobe Creative Suite, and Procreate. Understanding of Agile
methodologies. ? Experience with the software development lifecycle
and supporting requirements for software development teams. Ability
to work independently and demonstrate good critical thinking - What

host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not
limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor
categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience,
specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

position. The proposed salary range for this position is:
