Job Description:
Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking a Senior
Infrastructure Manager to provide technical leadership and
oversight to the CGI program supporting SSA Systems Operations and
Hardware Engineering (SOHE) teams. This role will manage and
support complex infrastructure operations and modernization
initiatives involving Data Center Operations, Mainframe, AWS,
Azure, and Database environments. This position is located in our
Baltimore, MD office with work performed at client site in
Woodlawn, MD. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Lead
technical management for SOHE infrastructure operations, including
planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of large-scale
infrastructure projects. . Provide oversight and support to
technical teams responsible for, Data Centers, Mainframe systems,
AWS, Azure cloud platforms, and Database infrastructure operational
& maintenance . Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, COOP,
and performance optimization . Derive Cloud Migration,
modernization, and cost optimization . Coordinate cross-functional
efforts between engineering, operations, security, and business
stakeholders . Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, timelines,
and status reporting. . Ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST,
FedRAMP, and Zero Trust . Identify and mitigate risks, resolve
issues, and drive continuous improvement in infrastructure
operations and support processes. . Facilitate communication and
collaboration across multi-vendor and multi-platform environments.
. Ensure alignment with SSA mission requirements, security
standards, and operational requirement. Required qualifications to
be successful in this role: . 8 years of experience in
Infrastructure Program Management, with at least 5 years focused on
large-scale IT operations in government or enterprise environments.
. Strong background supporting Systems Operations and Hardware
Engineering (SOHE) or similar infrastructure teams. . Hands-on
Technical management experience across Data Centers, Mainframe,
AWS, Azure, and Database infrastructure. . Proven ability to manage
complex, multi-technology programs with multiple stakeholders. .
Excellent project/program governance, risk management, and
stakeholder communication skills. . Proficiency with program
management tools (e.g., MS Office, Jira, Microsoft Project,
Confluence, SharePoint). . Ability to translate technical
challenges into actionable plans for both technical and executive
audiences CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a
reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The
determination of this range includes various factors not limited to
skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and
certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based
performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the
top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are
dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable
estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is
$113,400.00 - $245,500.00. CGI Federal's benefits are offered to
