Associate, Process Management - Card Performance Marketing & Analytics (Hybrid) Capital One is looking for an Associate Process Manager to conduct quality assurance and maintain documentation for Paid Search Engine Marketing advertising channels including Google and Microsoft. This role will support a team of digital marketers focused on driving credit card acquisitions. The primary responsibilities will be verifying that campaigns and ads have been implemented accurately by associates on the team, documenting key project artifacts, and maintaining reference materials. The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable with spreadsheets and able to learn new platforms quickly. Responsibilities: Support the marketing strategy & operations team by reviewing project documents for consistency, technical accuracy, and completeness of details Conduct quality assurance reviews of advertising platforms to ensure accuracy of execution after changes have been made by the ad operations team Manage the team’s filing system (Google Drive) archiving all project documents and approvals to meet audit requirements Recommend & document naming conventions to manage projects effectively Serve as the process subject matter expert for the team maintaining a playbook outlining team practices End-to-end responsibility for defined and prioritized account maintenance and well-managed projects Identify areas that could benefit from process improvements Maintain reference materials including a project tracker & index of advertisements Communicate across a team of high performers to understand workload and timelines for multiple projects and communicate support availability Demonstrate a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition Comfortable working with large data sets in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with common performance marketing metrics Complete administrative tasks to support the team as needed Participate in training to support other marketing channels ? Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 1 year of Marketing experience At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or Process Management At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience 2 years of experience in Project Management 1 years of experience in performance marketing channels such as Paid Search Engine Marketing, Display or Social 1 years of experience using Google Ads or Microsoft Ads platforms At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $73,300 - $83,700 for Process Manager Richmond, VA: $66,700 - $76,100 for Process Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
