seeking an Integrated Network Support (INS) Lead to provide
technical expertise in support of a Federal Government customer’s
enterprise network environment. This role is embedded onsite within
the customer’s IT department and will collaborate closely with
technical and security staff to deliver, implement, and support
mission-critical network services across multiple U.S. locations.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled network professional with
strong leadership and project management capabilities, exceptional
troubleshooting skills, and proven experience supporting enterprise

and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5
years of experience in network engineering, operations, or IT
infrastructure management Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Strong project management and organizational skills. Proven
experience with Windows Server administration, IP networking, and
Cisco network equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the lead subject
matter expert for customer management and network users. Provide
Tier 3 support for network infrastructure, including routing and
switching protocols, IP addressing, and configuration/management of
Cisco routers and switches. Configure, manage, and maintain network
components, including Windows Servers, routers, switches, and
related applications. Deliver advanced troubleshooting, problem
resolution, and ticket triage utilizing IT Service Management
(ITSM) processes. Develop and maintain program documentation for
all lifecycle stages, including design, implementation, support,
and troubleshooting. Partner with customer leadership to ensure
successful deployment, operations, and optimization of network
systems. A salary commensurate with experience shall be offered.
