Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret clearance.About the RoleWe are seeking a SharePoint PowerApps Developer to design, develop, and deploy business applications using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 technologies and experience building custom apps, workflows, and automation solutions that enhance business processes.Key Responsibilities- Develop and customize PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) based on business needs.- Design and implement Power Automate workflows to automate approval processes, notifications, and data synchronization.- Work extensively with SharePoint Online to create lists, libraries, forms, and web parts.- Develop custom connectors to integrate PowerApps with external data sources such as Dataverse, SQL Server, REST APIs, Graph API, and Azure services.- Create Power BI dashboards and reports for data visualization and analytics.- Ensure best practices in security, permissions, and compliance within Microsoft 365 environments.- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize PowerApps solutions for performance and scalability.- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.- Stay updated with the latest developments in the Power Platform and SharePoint ecosystem.Required Skills & Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in PowerApps development (Canvas & Model-driven apps).- Strong knowledge of Power Automate (Microsoft Flow), SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.- Experience working with Dataverse, SQL Server, REST APIs, JSON, and Graph API.- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell scripting for customizations.- Understanding of Power BI and ability to create reports and dashboards.- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other Microsoft Cloud services (preferred).- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment.- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (preferred but not required).Preferred Qualifications- Experience in Microsoft Teams app development and integration with PowerApps.- Understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI Builder within Power Platform.- Previous experience working in GovTech, BFSI, Healthcare, or Manufacturing industries.
