Active Pennsylvania PT license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) environments preferred. Experience with restorative programs, mobility training, and documentation for long-term care settings preferred. Ability to manage caseloads typical of a SNF and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 0800-1630. Schedule: Sunday through Saturday available (VMS work days indicate coverage across all days; actual scheduled days will be confirmed by the recruiter). Guaranteed hours noted as 35 per week.
