Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: - Assisting clients with transferring and moving safely throughout their home - Performing light housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, doing dishes, laundry, changing bed linens, and cleaning bathrooms - Preparing meals and snacks according to client instructions and dietary needs - Accompanying clients to medical appointments and errands - Assisting with bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming - Providing medication reminders - Supporting prescribed range of motion exercises - Delivering compassionate dementia and memory care - Engaging clients in meaningful companionship activities What We're Looking For: - High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred - Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs unassisted - Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking) - Ability to speak other languages is a plus! - Valid driver's license - Ability to pass a background check - CNA license, Home Health Aide certification, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred but not required — we're willing to train the right person!
