Job Description:
Professional Healthcare Resources , a leader in Home Health,
Hospice and Personal Care services in the Washington, DC and
Baltimore, Maryland area, seeks a passionate and enthusiastic Home
Health Aide to join our Hospice team in Baltimore, MD and
surrounding areas! (PRN position available) Job Description A
care-giving professional providing quality home-based personal care
and other related services in accordance with established agency
policies and procedures; functions under the supervision,
direction, and instruction of a Registered Nurse, and in accordance
with an approved Plan of Care; complies with federal, state and
local guidelines for all services. You must possess the following
qualifications and experience: High school diploma or equivalency
preferred, but not required Successful completion of state-approved
CNA program that meets time and content requirements consistent
with Medicare/Medicaid standards Minimum One Year experience as a
Home Health Aide for Hospice patients Meets standards of evaluation
of competency and continuing education as defined in federal
statutes Good command of the English Language Good problem solving
