license or IMLC accepted • Board: Board Certified in Hematology &
Oncology • DEA: Required • Certifications: BLS • Experience:
Minimum 3 years post-training • Other Qualifications: EPIC
experience required DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide outpatient
clinic coverage 4 days/week (Mon–Thurs) • Manage inpatient consults
and follow-up oncology patients • Take one weekday call per week
and 24-hour weekend call every 4th weekend • Round on admitted
patients and coordinate with APP support • Participate in
multidisciplinary cancer care team
