8–10 patients per day; Level II NICU 2–4 patients per day •

Neonatologist backup from home • Support Staff Available:
Neonatologists (daytime), NNPs (night coverage) • Reason for

Other Qualifications: Ability to manage neonatal patients
independently with remote backup DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES •
Provide overnight care for Level II NICU and nursery patients •
Attend and manage deliveries as needed • Collaborate with
neonatologists and NNPs for patient care • Perform neonatal
assessments and develop treatment plans • Maintain accurate and
