This role focuses on providing top-tier rehabilitative care tailored for adults who have undergone surgical procedures or are recovering from severe illnesses. As a PRN therapist, you will adapt to flexible scheduling needs while maintaining the highest standards of patient care in alignment with our commitment to a patient-first approach. Assess patient condition to develop effective, personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic strategies for muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases and injuries. Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and lifestyle adjustments. Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Strong analytical and decision-making skills Excellent patient management abilities Proficiency with physical therapy equipment and techniques Effective communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license BLS/CPR certification
