Assess patient respiratory care needs and implement treatment plans. Administer respiratory therapy treatments, monitor response, and record observations. Maintain patient safety by adhering to infection control and safety policies. Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families about respiratory health and ongoing care needs. Manage respiratory equipment and report any malfunctions. Expertise in respiratory care procedures and protocols Ability to operate medical equipment related to respiratory therapy Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) as applicable Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
