Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Intensive Care

hours Experience: Minimum 3 years of ICU experience License:
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state
Certifications: NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS Required Must-Have: - Must
live 50 miles away - Cerner experience - Graduate of an accredited
or NLN-approved RN program - BSN is highly desired Description: The
ICU is a multidisciplinary unit that provides care for various
patients. Care is provided for neurological, neuro-surgical,
medical, surgical, pulmonary, cardiology, cardiothoracic, and
trauma patients. Various types of technology are used to care for
and treat critical care patients. This technology includes
ventilators, ventriculostomies, cardiac monitors, pulmonary artery
catheters, arterial lines, central lines, PICC lines, IABP,
ECMO/tandem heart, Impella, BIS monitors, continuous pulse
oximetry, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), gastric
tubes, and intravenous infusion pumps. The role involves fulfilling
the needs of patients, families, and the community. This is
achieved by performing a variety of patient care functions and
tasks in accordance with licensure, certification, training, and
