As a Dialysis RN, you will be instrumental in administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient responses, and participating in multidisciplinary team discussions to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Administer dialysis treatments according to the prescribed plan of care Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis procedure Coordinate with healthcare team to optimize patient treatment plan Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of dialysis equipment Educate patients and their families about treatment and management of renal conditions Maintain accurate and detailed medical records Comply with hygiene and safety standards in handling patient care Strong knowledge of dialysis treatment and procedures Excellent patient management skills Ability to operate and troubleshoot dialysis machines Strong communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare staff Attention to detail for precise documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN or CDN) is preferred but not required
