HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Float Pool Certified Surgical Tech to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing surgical care at various HCA Healthcare locations, ensuring flexibility and expertise across different settings. You will work closely with surgical teams to prepare operating rooms, arrange equipment, and assist during surgeries. This position requires a commitment to patient safety and adherence to healthcare protocols to deliver the highest quality care. Prepare operating rooms for surgery, including sterilizing equipment and setting up surgical tools and machines. Assist surgeons during operations by providing necessary instruments and supplies. Follow all hospital guidelines and surgical protocols to ensure patient safety. Participate in post-surgical procedures, including applying bandages and transporting patients to recovery rooms. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to infection control and safety policies. Document surgical procedures clearly and accurately in patient records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
