Job Description:
ChenMed, a leader in healthcare services for seniors with
complex health issues, is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager
to oversee clinical operations at our various clinics. In this
pivotal role, you will be instrumental in upholding our commitment
to exceptional patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare
regulations, and leading a team of dedicated healthcare
professionals. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for
optimizing patient care, enhancing operational efficiency, and
maintaining high standards in compliance and staff performance.
Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure high standards of
patient care Manage, train, and evaluate staff to ensure compliance
with current healthcare regulations Develop strategies to improve
efficiency and quality of service Coordinate with other managers to
achieve excellent patient and family outcomes Prepare and manage
budgets while ensuring adequate staffing and resources Ensure
adherence to all legal, safety, health, and sanitation regulations
Implement new company policies and keep staff informed of changes
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficient in using medical software and
electronic health records Ability to make swift decisions in a
fast-paced environment In-depth knowledge of health care
regulations and standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k RN license preferred Certification in
Healthcare Management (e.g., CMM, FACHE)
