experiencedLabor & Delivery Clinical Supervisorto provide
shift-to-shift oversight of clinical practice, staffing, patient
flow, and daily operations. This leadership role involves direct
patient care, supporting team engagement, and participating in
process improvement initiatives. Must demonstrate clinical
competence and leadership in a fast-paced L&D environment.
Responsibilities: - Supervise clinical staff and ensure quality
patient care - Coordinate patient flow, staffing, and safety
protocols - Maintain environment of care - Provide direct care
aligned with patient age and condition - Support department
improvement and engagement efforts Required Experience: - Minimum2
years of L&D RN experience - PreviousCernerexperience -
