and professional development for staff. Job Title: BCBA Shift
Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, Clinic-Based (Possibility to work
off-site weekly with approval) Salary: Guaranteed base salary (not
based on billables) quarterly bonus opportunities (based on
billables) other company paid benefits can equal up to $93,000 -
$103,000 per year Location: Alexandria, VA Job Responsibilities: -
Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments and Functional
Behavior Assessments - Develop and oversee individualized ABA
treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans - Provide clinical
supervision to Behavior Technicians and ensure high-fidelity
implementation of therapy programs - Train staff and caregivers to
support effective intervention strategies - Monitor and modify
treatment plans based on data-driven decisions - Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure
consistent care - Maintain client records and write detailed

Qualifications - Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied
Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field - BCBA
License - 5 years of experience working with children with
developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders, or communication
disorders - Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of
treatment plans - Strong leadership and training skills for
