Job Description:
TITLE: Patient Care Representative/Surgical Scheduler Urology
(7530) SHIFT: Monday Friday; needs to be flexible for 8a-4:30p or
9a-5:30p as necessary DURATION: 13 weeks Potential for contract to
hire if the need and candidate performance align START DATE: ASAP
LOCATION: On-site at main campus (1701 N George Mason Dr.,
Arlington, VA) JOB SUMMARY: Schedules, meets, greets, and registers
patients in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Answers
and routes telephone calls and messages. Coordinates insurance
verifications and preauthorizations. Takes payments and completes
daily batching. Maintains medical records and prepares charts for
clinic sessions. Provides assistance as needed to physicians,
Practice Manager, and clinical staff.
