Job Description:
*Job description*Candidate will provide goal-oriented and
individualized support through supervision of all
licensed/unlicensed clinical behavioral health providers. The role
of the supervisor is to teach & guide the clinical staff in the in
areas of: Professional Ethics, Best Practices, Family Systems,
Family Engagement, Assessment, Diagnosis & Treatment needs, Safety
of Child, Family, Discharge Planning and Time
Management.*Responsibilities:** Clinical supervision, day to day
operational guidance as appropriate* Oversight of audits* Quality
assurance of notes* Note signing.* Helping provider effectively
manage client caseload and schedule.* Cover note signing for other
supervisors that are on PTO/illness.* BA supervision, availability
for clinical questions as they arise; provide coverage for clinical
crises.* Train Residents/Supervisees in appropriate
EHR*QUALIFICATIONS:*Virginia Board Approved Clinical Supervisor for
Outpatient - LCSW/LPCStrong verbal and written communication
skills* Awareness of the social, economic, and cultural factors
that affect individuals & families.* Excellent organizational
skills.* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.* 5+
years of mental health counseling experience.* Extensive knowledge
and experience in crisis management.* Excellent analytical and
problem-solving capabilities.* Excellent time management skills.*
Prior supervisory experience preferred.* Experience with outpatient
community practices.* Proficient in email and Microsoft Office,
experience with Google Suite is preferred.* Requires: Medicaid, NPI
