The Architectural Manager at Schluter Systems focuses on strategic business development by ensuring the company's products are specified and sold in commercial construction projects. This includes educating architects, designers, contractors, and mechanical engineers through presentations, workshops, and product training. The role also involves building strong relationships with key firms, generating specifications, and supporting large projects from start to finish, while collaborating with national account managers, distributors, and A&D partners to boost sales and market presence.Ideal candidates will have proven sales and/or architectural experience, strong business development skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, along with a willingness to travel up to 80% of the time. A valid driver's license and adherence to company policies are required. Starting at $90,000/year plus bonus.
