This role involves developing forecasting tools and processes, acting as a strategic partner across various departments, and supporting our pipeline and portfolio planning. Remote candidates are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain forecasting models, including scenario planning and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish forecast recommendations and document assumptions.
  • Develop global long-range forecasting models in partnership with internal teams.
  • Integrate insights from market performance, research, and competitive landscape into forecasts.
  • Evaluate and recommend forecasting techniques, and evolve best practices.
  • Design secondary and primary market research studies to validate forecasts.
  • Support valuation of potential business development opportunities in partnership with Business Development and Corporate Strategy.Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in market research, forecasting, strategic planning, or management consulting; biotech experience preferred.
  • Expertise in building dynamic forecast models in Excel and strong data analytics skills.
  • Knowledge of secondary data sources, including sales and payer data; biotech industry experience preferred.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and defending forecasts.
  • Experience in rare/genetically defined diseases is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
