This role involves delivering public internet and cloud connectivity, wide-area network, and telephony infrastructure services. The program oversees architecture, design, engineering, maintenance, security, and support of the agency's voice, data, and video communications network.
How a Program Manager Will Make an Impact:

• The GDIT Program Manager shall have full authority to commit labor force and other resources to meet program requirements.
  
• Develop, execute, and maintain project charters, management plans, and oversee project work, including change control and project closure.
  
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost activities, including requirements collection, scope definition, validation, and control.
  
• Develop and manage communication, risk, and stakeholder management plans.
  
  What You'll Need:
  Education:
  

• 
  
• Master's Degree and 8 years of experience in Computer Science or related field, or
  
• Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of experience in Computer Science or related field.
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  
  Required Experience:
  
  • 
    
  • Minimum 8 years of program/task management experience.
    
  • Experience managing programs supporting network infrastructure for large federal agencies.
    
  • Experience in planning, managing, and guiding IT environments.
    
  • Accountability for deliverables' technical correctness, timeliness, and quality, with familiarity in quality standards and methodologies.
    
  • ITIL and/or Agile certifications preferred.

    • Must possess or be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance for US Courts.
