to oversee the assembly, integration, and testing phases of our
RADAR payload production program. The Assembly, Integration, and
Test IPT (Integrated Product Team) Lead - Sr. Staff Engineer will
oversee the AI&T process of space-based RADAR payloads which
are comprised of an Electronically Scanned Array (ESA) and
Processing Subsystem. This role involves managing the assembly,
integration, and testing phases to ensure that the payloads meet
performance and quality standards on cost and schedule. The ideal
candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership
skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across
multidisciplinary teams. This position is on-site in Linthicum, MD.
Responsibilities include: Lead multi-discipline assembly
integration and test effort toward rapid system development and
integration. Develop System I&T documentation (System
Integration and Test Plan, segment & compatibility test planning,
test routers, etc.). Establish system test schedule, resource
planning, and coordination across IPTs Coordinate with engineering
and production teams to establish and implement effective processes
and procedures for assembly and testing. Monitor and troubleshoot
issues during the assembly and integration phases, providing timely
resolutions to unforeseen challenges. Track progress and provide
updates to management and stakeholders regarding project status,
risks, and milestones. Train, mentor, and guide team members,
fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge
sharing. Basic Qualifications: BS in STEM (Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Math) with 14 years relevant experience, 18 years
with MS, or 9 with a PhD Active RF or Passive RF Sensor System
Integration and Test experience, e.g., with RADAR, SIGINT, or COMMS
Technical & People Leadership including planning, scheduling and
execution, staffing, setting expectations, tasking, and measuring
and reporting progress Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top
Secret security clearance at time of application, current and
within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI
approval/access. Preferred Qualifications: BS/MS in Electrical
Engineering and/or Systems Engineering Space Integration and Test
(I&T) experience at subsystem, Payload, or Space Vehicle level
ESA (Electronically Scanned Array)/Phased Array Antenna
Integration, Test, and Calibration Active SCI clearance Primary
Level Salary Range: $184,100.00 - $276,100.00 The above salary
range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman
considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers
such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the
candidate's experience, education, skills and current market
conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible
for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
