Job Purpose and Impact Job Location: Dayton, VA Job Type: Full Time Shift Available: 3rd Compensation: $29.67 - $41.14 plus a shift differential Benefits Information - Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance - Health and Wellness Incentives - Marathon Health Clinic (Employer sponsored health center) - Paid Vacation and Holidays - 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions - Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) - Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Tuition Reimbursement/Opportunities to grow - Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities - Maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of electrical systems, apparatus, electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment - Troubleshoot, ensuring proper maintenance and operational status of equipment using a variety of hand tools and utilizing computer systems/programs - Perform other duties pertaining to hydraulics and pneumatics Required Qualifications - Ability to communicate efficiently in English (read, write, and speak English) - Experience or equivalent completed schooling in diagnosing, replacing, and repairing 110/220/480v industrial electrical circuits, components, and electric motors, and programmable logic controllers - Experience or equivalent completed schooling in pneumatic and hydraulic systems - Strong knowledge of Mechanical Systems, Plumbing, Equip./Troubleshooting, Electronics, Electrical System, Process Flow/Maintenance Systems, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Scale, Printer Repair, and/or programmable logic controllers - Math skills including but not limited to fractions/decimals, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division - Ability to work on weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications - SAP Experience Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
