$100-130k base plus a bonus RELOCATION: Local candidates preferred
Well-established Financial Services company is looking for a strong
compensation professional to join their compensation team. SUMMARY:
- Key role working closely with company leaders and supporting
various compensation programs/plans that in?uence the company’s
total rewards strategy and help them attract and retain top talent.
- Individual contributor role - Reports to the Dir of Compensation
REQUIREMENTS: - 5-7 years of broad and deep Compensation experience
- Excellent communication skills - Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills - Advanced Excel skills - Strong technology
