Clearance : Secret Office Location: Ft Belvoir Travel: up to: 5% Editing, reviewing and formatting taskers for final signatures, taskers pushed to front office for final signatures, will continue to track Tracking actions in TMT Scheduling meetings, taking notes, and other request from government, follow up with executive support to ensure any open items have been closed. Asist with staffing of hiring action packets to Cyber front office and HR. Review and prepare forms to assist with close out. Follow up and provide written guidance for CIO/G-6 to assist with time spent staffing. Daily meetings with Pentagon tasker backup POC to ensure sync. Create weekly tasker report, host weekly tasker meeting to ensure all actions are on track, back brief division director with status weekly Creating and compiling division input for weekly staff call slides for recurring weekly division meeting, also providing assistance with DCIO below the line report Provided DPMAP training tracking, created excel spreadsheet to track dates, will continue to follow up and report to government monthly Started instructions for SIPR tasker follow up will continue to work on document with instructions Train 1 Gov Civs on TMT Beginner training, Government can be backup and successful processing using new TMT tool. Started SACO SOP binder for CIO/ G-6, Continuity for SACO program, finalized SOP with instructions for TMT. Creating and compiling division input for weekly staff call slides for recurring weekly division meeting. Requirements Must hold a Secret Clearance. Must have DoD experience.
