Job Description Reports to: Global Mobility Expatriate Tax,
Vendor, and Technology Manager The Global Mobility International
Tax Accountant is a strategic partner within the Global Mobility
Tax Operations function. This role will provide expert guidance and
education to expatriates and business area managers on the
corporation’s expatriate tax program, explain tax equalization
policies and procedures, resolve cases, and work with the tax
assistance firm to complete Tax Equalization Settlements. In
addition to operational execution, you will drive process
optimization, technology enablement, RPA automation, and data
driven decision making to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and
enhance the expatriate experience. In this role you will
collaborate with the external tax assistance firm to execute
settlements and oversee vendor activities related to host country
payroll, withholding, and expatriate tax receivables—including
reconciliation, collection, and remittance. You will research
compensation discrepancies, determine appropriate resolutions, and
communicate those decisions to the tax assistance firm while
delivering outstanding customer service and taking full ownership
of assignments through to closure. Your responsibilities also
include recommending process improvement, automation (RPA), and
technology enablement initiatives; maintaining and updating the
authorization list for tax services; and ensuring proactive, timely
communication of U.S. and foreign tax obligations in line with
Lockheed Martin corporate policies. Additionally, you will
recommend enhancements to corporate policies (CRX 539D) and
international tax procedures to minimize financial and compliance
risk, strengthen internal controls and governance, and collaborate
with Global Mobility leadership, HRIS, payroll, finance, business
areas, and external vendors to optimize system integrations and
data flows. Basic Qualifications Outstanding customer service
orientation (responsive and ownership of assignments to closure) 5
years of experience in global mobility tax, expatriate tax, or
international individual income tax Demonstrated ability to handle
complex tax equalization and expatriate tax matters Individual
income tax preparation experience Meticulous with numbers,
Attention to Detail Experience in improving or transforming tax or
payroll processes Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Advanced Excel and computer skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,
data analysis functions) Ability to work in a fast paced, matrixed
environment Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Team player Desired skills International business experience
Experience in performing financial analysis and building reporting
dashboards Familiarity with RPA tools, tax technology platforms, or
mobility management systems Experience living or working overseas
Payroll experience (domestic and/or international) Accounting

Ability to work remotely Full-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work remotely full time at a
location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site.
Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic
meetings. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a
variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position
in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major
metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full
time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $103,700 - $179,860. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
