POSITION: Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
DATE: January 2026 DEPARTMENT: Accounting FLSA: Exempt REPORTS TO:
Controller SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Senior FP&A Analyst serves
as a strategic partner to leadership, driving advanced financial
planning, analysis, and decision support across the organization.
This role requires deep expertise in multi-year forecasting,
project-level budgeting, and financial governance. The incumbent
will lead initiatives to optimize financial performance, implement
best-in-class planning tools, and ensure compliance with internal
controls. The position demands strong analytical capabilities,

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Budgeting & Forecasting Lead
development of multi-year financial forecasts and annual operating
budgets, including quarterly re-forecasts and executive-level
variance analysis. Design and maintain advanced budget and forecast
models; standardize processes and ensure documentation is current.
Partner with department heads to interpret variances and provide
actionable insights. Maintain the NetSuite Planning and Budget
Tool, including updating WorkForce for annual IRS payroll limits,
and other benefit costs. Project & Expense Budgeting Architect
project-level budgeting frameworks with detailed cost-center, GL
account, and budget line structures. Monitor and report
departmental expense budgets; ensure alignment with organizational
priorities and approved budgets. Purchase Order (PO) Approval &
Budget Compliance Oversee PO approvals within ERP systems
(NetSuite/Tipalti) ensuring proper coding and compliance with
delegated authority. Maintain segregation of duties and enforce
system-based approval limits consistent with Accounting Operations
controls. Three-Way Matching & AP Oversight Ensure strict adherence
to Budget ? PO ? Invoice matching; validate supporting
documentation and resolve discrepancies proactively. Collaborate
with AP teams to maintain accuracy and compliance in payment
workflows. Financial Analysis & Reporting Conduct in-depth analysis
of actual vs. forecasted spending; identify cost-saving
opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments. Prepare
executive-level presentations and dashboards for senior leadership
and board reporting. Process & Governance Update FP&A policies
and control narratives; support internal and external audits with
evidence of compliance. Champion financial governance and train
stakeholders on budgeting and PO compliance requirements. Special
Projects Lead or support high-impact projects reporting to the CEO
or CARO, requiring strategic thinking and cross-functional
collaboration under tight deadlines. PRINCIPAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related
field. Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A
or corporate finance. Demonstrated success in multi-year planning,
project budgeting, and ERP-based PO management. Skills: Advanced
financial modeling and Excel expertise; experience with NetSuite
Planning & Budgeting highly desirable. Strong knowledge of ERP
systems, PO workflows, and internal control frameworks. Exceptional
analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and sound
