cookies – Learn more . Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking
a Financial Specialist to support the Department of Justice in
Washington, DC. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Engage
in daily clerical tasks, including copying, printing, and filing
financial documents. . Prepare and/or review funding documents. .
Process invoices, including reviewing and uploading them. . Review
and correct errors and other issues when uploading invoices to
UFMS. . Compare paid invoice reports with the obligation time
period and prepare reports on missing invoices or other perceived
issues. . Review invoice tracking reports against paid invoices to
identify outstanding invoices. . Assist vendors and program offices
with invoice inquiries. . Counsel callers on relocation program
benefits. . Process travel authorizations in accordance with
guidelines. . Process travel vouchers for payment. . Run open
obligation and obligation status reports in UFMS and identify
obligations that should be closed. . Prepare documents for approval
to de-obligate unused funding in obligations. . Prepare documents
for approval to de-commit unused funding in commitments. Required
qualifications to be successful in this role: . Must have 2 years
of finance-related experience. . Must be able to obtain DOJ HRPT
Clearance and meet all security requirements. . Must be a U.S.
Citizen. Hourly Rate: $33.99/hour CGI is required by law in some
jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation
range for this role. The determination of this range includes
various factors including but not limited to: skill set level,
relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances
