Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years Overview: Direct Counsel is
representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking an associate with a minimum
of two years of fund finance experience to join its dynamic and
rapidly growing Fund Finance team, part of the firm’s leading
Private Equity Finance Practice. Qualifications: At least 2 years
of experience in fund finance Strong academic credentials Excellent
communication, drafting, and analytical skills Experience advising
private equity sponsors, lenders, and borrowers is preferred This
is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and innovative
financing transactions in a collaborative, high-performing
environment.
