Controller - Real Estate Development Company About the
Organization and Opportunity: Our client is a company headquartered
in the Washington DC area They are looking bring on a Controller to
oversee the financial operations of the company The organization is

coverage Overview of the Controller role: Manage cash flow
projections, ensuring adequate liquidity for operation needs and
capital expenditures Ensure monthly bank and credit card
reconciliations, monthly accruals and other monthly functions for a
timely and accurate monthly close Ensure timely and accurate
financial reporting in accordance with GAAP Prepare monthly,
quarterly and annual financial reports for stakeholders, including
property owners, investors and management Preferred Qualifications
for the Fund Accounting Manager: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or
related Extensive real estate accounting experience Experience with
multifamily property accounting preferred Experience with Entrata a
plus LI-KC4 INJUL2024
