already in place. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review 1040,
1041, 1065, and 1120S returns Take over and manage a steady,
referral-based book of individual and fiduciary clients Supervise
and support junior staff and interns Participate in succession
planning and leadership initiatives Use CCH Axcess and QuickBooks
to manage tax workflows Qualifications CPA required; 7-20 years of
tax experience in public accounting or family office Strong
experience with 1040s; willing to learn trusts & estates (1041s) if
not already strong Seeking long-term growth as a Senior Tax Manager
