About the Organization & Opportunity: Our client is a government contractor built on many years of experience in the industry Employees describe the company as being "mission driven with phenomenal leadership, culture, and competitive compensation" Great opportunity for career growth and advancement Billing Close Out Specialist Responsibilities: Billing Close Out Specialist will be emailing individuals asking for support/back up Billing Close Out Specialist will then follow up if haven't heard back Billing Close Out Specialist will combine supporting packages into one document Billing Close Out Specialist will not be responsible for actual billing or invoicing, just the contract close out piece Senior Accountant will walk Billing Close Out Specialist through the process and train Billing Close Out Specialist will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested Requirements: Must be clearable - As a government contractor our client is required to run criminal background check with finger printing Previous entry level experience or a recent college grad Comfortable utilizing MS Outlook - will be emailing individuals in the field Basic to Intermediate Excel skills - mainly data entry. (VLOOKUP's and pivot tables experience would be helpful) Personality Fit: Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly detail oriented Critical thinker Organized Comfortable working with large volume of data - invoices may be 1500 lines.
